Sort "Order Total Modules" in admin PHP script

Sort "Order Total Modules" in admin - Basically on the admin screen it sorts the modules into the correctly sequence based on the sort order. Although not tested with every available contribution, this will work with any installed order total modular as long at it follows the oSC naming policy of creating the file as {name}.php & the configuration_key as MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_{name}_SORT_ORDER. If not it could be easily modified.
